She is a graduate of Winter Haven High School, Stetson University, and the American College of Education. She is excited to go to work each day in a classroom she shares with her husband at Ridge Community High School, being able to teach alongside her husband inspires her to be the best teacher she knows how to be. She believes strongly that parents send the best student they could raise to school and that students arrive at school each day wanting to be successful—teachers must step in to do the rest. She believes all people are capable of learning and want an education. Her background as a teacher and belief in education drives her work as National Advisor through which she hopes to motivate students in high schools across Florida to support each other, improve their schools, and set high academic goals for themselves.
